This was one of the best customer service experiences that I can remember. Ryan called to give me an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he introduced himself and provided a brief background on his industry experience. He then proceeded to explain the process he would use to diagnose my AC issues. He also carefully listened to my observations and inputs. During the equipment assessment he provided an overview of what he was doing, why he was doing it, and his observations of what was working and potential causes for failure. Once fully assessed he provided me with options for repair including associated costs. His work was clean, quick, and efficient. I would not hesitate to have him come back on a future service call.

Fantastic service. Honest, quick, thorough. The specialist allowed me to watch and learn what he was doing, and he explained exactly what he was doing and what it meant. He gave me an honest answer and did not try to upsell anything that I didn't need.

Prompt, thorough, quality service from specialist Ryan. He was friendly, courteous, respectful, helpful, and explanatory. His maintenance recommendations were practical and budget conscious. I highly recommend Grapids Heating & Cooling again and will use them again too.

“Very impressed with this company! My furnace went out and I was looking for immediate services. Being I am a Perfumer (maker of perfumes), I have temperature sensitive products in my home lab and my products could of all been destroyed if I did not find your company! “We had excellent service from Grapids when they came to install our new furnace. We were using an unvented gas space heater to warm part of the house until the new furnace could be installed. They measured the CO2 in the room, and even though it was low, they said they would feel better if we used electric space heaters they would provide (at no charge) so that we would be safe. He explained everything in understandable terms and offered a few tips to get the most out of our furnace. He even double checked an issue I brought up and suggested a few things we could do to fix it.
