The thing that was the most interesting is that the young men worked without a break for ten hours. My daughter was recovering form surgery and needed quiet in the house. The men did an excellent job of adhering to my wishes. As of the moment, the installation has exceeded my expectations. My hope is that that will continue. I am very apprehensively positive. They were very helpful and respectful. Erik put shoe covers on when entering our house so that he did not track dirt into my house. He did not push a recommendation on me, but instead provided an accurate description of what was occurring (which was something that needed to be addressed by the builder). Replaced furnace and central AC unit. Checked on thermostat on a separate visit. Excellent. It took them two days to finish and it seems like they did a lot of replacing oh PVC pipes as well as the big parts. Included a nice wireless thermostat and spent time telling me about how things work. Anonymous
