OK, I called them to ask them a question about propane tank compatibility with my furnace. They haven't even called me back yet with the answer, but I can't wait to write this. I loved the way the guy listened, and really cared about what I was asking him knowing I am not trying to set up an appointment or anything. They came to do a furnace tune up and found a small Carbon Monoxide leak. They were in here the next day putting in a new furnace. I was worried about the brand (Goodman) that use (based on online reviews) but they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The craftsmanship that they used was excellent. They even took time to clean my A/C coil since they had to work around it. The new furnace looks amazing. The customer service was excellent. Every time I call the office they are helpful. When they finished they work, they ran through everything with my thermostat and furnace. They started around 8:30 and stayed until 6:45pm on Friday to make sure everything was done well! They also helped me get all the rebates I was eligible for as well. Anonymous

I have had heating and cooling issues that needed resolved. I have looked into other places, but Grapids gave me the best support. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. It has been 6 months since my installation and my heating unit is still operating like a charm. I suggest entering into a service agreement with the company, it will save you money on maintenance and tune-ups. Adam Milner
Excellent service. Highly recommend. My A/C went out on a Saturday during the hot days of early July. I called my regular service company and they did not return my call. I called Grapids and someone promptly returned my call and walked me through ways to fix the problem on my own. When we determined that a tech needed to come out, they sent one out the same day to get our air conditioning working again. I have signed up for a service plan with them, and now have a new company for my heating and cooling needs. Jeff Helmus
Grapids Heating and Cooling is awesome! They make everything simple and easy for me every time I work with them. I love their annual maintenance package for keeping my AC Unite and Furnace up to date every year. I am not one to be very handy beyond little fixes.
