Went from no heat in the morning to all the heat I want by evening. I scheduled a furnace inspection. They were prompt, on time and very courteous. The technician, Eric, however, shut the furnace off after finding serious and potentially dangerous issues with the heat exchanger. He made sure I understood and saw the worn parts. I needed a furnace immediately since it was December and very cold. They could not install one the same day so they put me on a priority basis, dropped off three space heaters in less than an hour to keep us warm and showed up promptly the next day, on time, with a new furnace. Angus, the installer, had the unit running and tested in (5) hours. He left the area very clean and took time to explain what he did and how things worked. Amazing service and customer care. We had excellent service from Grapids when they came to install our new furnace. We were using an unvented gas space heater to warm part of the house until the new furnace could be installed. They measured the CO2 in the room, and even though it was low, they said they would feel better if we used electric space heaters they would provide (at no charge) so that we would be safe. Dave came out and explained everything. He told me what needed to be fixed now, what probably wouldn't make it until spring, and what should last us a while yet. It made sense to do a couple repairs, and he got in done in a few hours. I was glad to not have to replace the furnace. Woo! Everyone was super nice and had heat back by dinner! Adrienne Asselmeier
A++ service. We had our furnace expected by Dwight and he was extremely nice, efficient and helpful. He explained everything in understandable terms and offered a few tips to get the most out of our furnace. He even double checked an issue I brought up and suggested a few things we could do to fix it. When I asked about duct cleaning he didn't hesitate to walk around the house with me and give me a quote on the spot. I was so impressed I booked the appointment right there.
