Very thankful for these guys today! Woke up this morning without heat. I was panicking because I work second shift and was unsure if I could find a company to squeeze me in on a Friday before I had to leave for work. Not only did they manage to find a time that worked for me, they moved their schedules around so they could replace my furnace today (with only an hours notice) because I go on vacation next week and would've gone an entire week without heat in my house otherwise. Who knows what additional problems (pipes freezing, etc) I would've encountered if not for them. Staff was very friendly and helpful, sat down with me as a person, not just money in the bank. I am very glad that I chose to go with Grand Rapids Heating and Cooling to replace my 29 year old system. Clint is an excellent consultant who answered all my questions and explained the entire process from start to finish. He not only provided excellent customer service but was able to do an in home consultation and installation on my time frame. I live in a condo and my system is not in the easiest location to replace. The installer, Jason, was amazing! He was professional and clearly an expert. I was very happy with Grapids Heating and Cooling. My initial contact with them to make the appointment was handled efficiently, and with courtesy and professionalism. When I called back a few days later with a question and request, that was handled in the same manner. Ryan was the technician who came to do the work. He put on shoe covers before entering our home. He introduced himself and told me how long he had been with the company and in the business. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. When he was finished, he went over his system tune-up/checklist with me and explained what he had done. In my 35 years as a homeowner, I have never been more satisfied with a service company! L.J.P.
