Due to our aging furnace we decided to have several local HVAC companies come out to give us a quote. Out of four we found Grapids to have the most professional and informative sales representative. We appreciated the time and effort Lance put into helping us make an informed decision on how to proceed. We elected to have one of their service technicians come out to do a health check on the current system. The technician who performed the assessment, Ryan, was extremely professional and able to answer any and all of our questions. He found that our furnace was still in a fair condition which was more honesty than I was expecting. We will be waiting another year before we consider the replacement since the assessment suggested that we have another year or two before one of the major components could fail. They may not come in with the lowest bid, but you get what you pay for! 5 out of 5 stars for honesty, professionalism, and expertise. Kevin L.
