He explained what he was doing (although I didn't understand much!) and advised regular maintenance (which I have never done). This place is amazing! Ryan came out to look at our furnace when it wouldn't run properly and he was so friendly and helpful! He was very honest about the status of our furnace and made sure my questions were answered! Then Dave came out to help us get a new furnace because ours was not worth putting money into. We also decided to get a new air conditioner because we have had problems with that in the past! He was so helpful and the best part was none of them were pushy at all! Then Spike and Andy came out to do the install and they were so friendly and very efficient! I could go on all day about this place but I will just say I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a furnace or air conditioner! Deric came out initially and inspected my boiler system at my home. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain all of the steps he took to get my boiler working optimally! Grapids has earned a customer due to Deric's expertise and professionalism. I entered into the Service Plan to help regulate my costs over the course of the year and also to take advantage of the discount for repairs (and fee is waived for emergency calls) when you're a member of the service plan. The service plan is a great deal, in fact I got all my inspections for 'free' due to being a member of the plan which turned out to be cheaper for the entire year.
