Scheduled an AC check-up when the AC running but not cooling the house. The tech fixed the AC for under $200. He also warned us that our 20-year-old furnace and AC was likely down to it's last few seasons. Instead of trying to get us to buy a new furnace/AC right away, he spent about 15 minutes giving us a high-level overview of new heating and cooling options and encouraged us to be ready to replace the equipment when the time came. We had a very good experience. Grapids was recommended to us by a neighbor so we decided to give them a call. Paul, the service technician, was very thorough in his assessment and was very helpful in explaining the issue and how we can better maintain the equipment going forward. He also gave us a few different options of what could be done - depending on how much we were able to spend on repairs. There was a glitch in the system and we got charged the non-member price even though we had signed up for the membership program. I gave the office a call in the morning and just inquired about this - - they immediately looked into it and the manager called me back and apologized about the glitch and said that the issue had been resolved. They credited the $110 back to our card and sent us an updated invoice. It was a very simple process and they were very personable and also professional in their service.
