Had a furnace problem and GH&C came out the same day. The technician found the problem within a few minutes and promptly made the repair. Then he conducted a free safety inspection of the primary and secondary heat exchangers and a carbon monoxide test. I received a call asking me to perform some routine maintenance, and I was impressed with how honest the call tech was; he simply stated that business was slow and they were looking to perform routine service checks. I immediately scheduled because of the honesty instead of scare tactics! And when they arrived, my furnace actually needed serious work. The tech showed me everything and made recommendations etc. I appreciated receiving background knowledge of our appliances ages and life expectancy.
